Her career spans senior sales and GTM roles at Microsoft and Spotify, where she led market operations, built and scaled revenue teams, and worked on global deal strategy. She also co-founded a startup, developing its sales process and GTM motion from scratch. She founded Partner UP to give B2B companies the GTM systems, revenue operations, and sales strategy they need to sell into enterprise accounts consistently and at scale.

Willy is a GTM engineer and 12-year sales veteran. He builds the production systems behind enterprise revenue motions: install-base visibility across complex product portfolios, automated cross-sell workflows, channel orchestration, and AI-powered tools that sales teams actually use. He is well-versed across the full GTM stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, n8n, Make, Workato, MuleSoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini. That operator's lens, paired with deep fluency in AI and the modern GTM stack, shapes the systems he builds: AI-native revenue infrastructure that compresses the time between signal and action, built on a unified data foundation and designed to adapt as playbooks evolve. Gizem has 15+ years of experience in web design and development. She spent 2.5 years at Framer, helping customers design and ship sites on the platform. She now works globally, supporting companies across Framer and Webflow design, development, SEO, and site management. At Partner UP, she leads all Framer design and implementation.
